You Can Control Your Genes

by | Apr 17, 2017

The older I get the more aware I’ve become of how the powers that be try to manipulate me. I’ve learned that for the most part things aren’t what they seem. The government, network news, and the medical industry lie (or conceal the truth) on a regular basis in an effort to control me.

I’m the most informed about medicine.

For example, I’m told that at my age the prudent thing to do would be to get a flu shot, a shingles vaccination, and a pneumonia vaccination. What the drug interest don’t reveal is how the testing on these medications is secretly designed to accentuate the positive and minimize the negative. Not fair or honest. Someone once said that statistics don’t lie, but statisticians do.

What the vaccine ads don’t tell us is that a strong immune system (which takes some work) is a much better defense against these infectious agents than the vaccines, and without the side effects.

They also don’t advertise the billion dollar profits resulting from keeping the population afraid, uninformed, and compliant.

You Control Your Genes and Your Health!

To even the playing field here’s some science that’s empowering to the individual … not the institutions.

The emerging field of epigenetics is showing us how our mind … our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions … influences the genes that control our bodies and our health. If we take this science seriously we can empower ourselves and our families.

Here’s some research from the Institute of HeartMath that reflects the power of epigenetic signaling.

A group of sixty-somethings was instructed in the basic HeartMath technique called Quick Coherence which involves breathing slowly with a focus on your heart for 30 minutes a day.

After one month of practicing this technique daily the average increase in the adrenal hormone DHEA (the anti-aging hormone) for participants was 100% or a doubling of DHEA.

This isn’t possible by conventional medical standards. It’s known that aging and stress deplete DHEA. That’s why anti-aging medical doctors commonly test for and prescribe supplemental DHEA.

But it is possible. The HeartMath researchers discovered that the slow breathing technique triggered a pattern of gene expression that was responsible for the increase in DHEA production.

The truth is that we can learn to control our genes and our health to a degree never imagined possible.

Stay informed and empowered!
