Is it Naive to Believe that Compassion Can Transform a Society?

by | Jul 9, 2023

Do you have a belief that love, compassion, and cooperation are viable avenues, possibly the only way forward, for healing our social and political division?

If that’s true for you, do you often feel at odds with a larger cultural bias towards opposition and division?

If either of those two questions are true for you, I’m sharing a video that will lend credence to your point of view while also offering some tangible steps for moving forward.

This short video from the HeartMath Institute shares some of their research documenting the interconnectedness of people, their emotions, and planetary energies.

The video also shares how the heart can influence the neurology of the brain leading to more balance cognitively, emotionally, and behaviorally.

I’m encouraged by this science because it suggests that our intuitive hearts may know more about a viable path forward than our conditioned beliefs and behaviors.

You can watch the video here.
