Laser Acupuncture Mimics Your Body’s Wisdom

by | Jun 27, 2018

Do you know that your body uses coherent light … laser light … to orchestrate all of your body’s healing and repair functions?

Biophysicists tell us that our body uses photons  … bundles of light traveling at the speed of light … to direct the incomprehensibly complicated biochemical and neurological activity that’s required for cellular repair.

The therapeutic significance of these discoveries is that we can stimulate or jump start our own light-based healing potential with the use of a therapeutic laser.

And what’s most exciting to me is that thousands of studies show that the body responds best to low power lasers. Low power means that an inexpensive laser that you can learn to use at home is highly effective.

Your Body is a Liquid Crystal

Every cell in your body is linked to every other cell by a connective tissue matrix. You can visualize this matrix as a microscopic scaffolding that holds everything in place. Without the structural support from the matrix, your bodily contents would settle into an indistinguishable pile of mush.

For many years this connective tissue matrix was believed to provide structural support only and was not thought to play a relevant part in your body’s healing processes.

Now we know, thanks to the work of biophysicists like Albert-Fritz Popp and Ilya Prigogine, that this omnipresent matrix is a communication network. It’s highly ordered protein structure gives it the properties of a liquid crystal. This liquid crystal is a superhighway for electrical and biophotonic (light) communication. Only a communications network operating at the speed of light could organize such a complex healing system.

This liquid crystalline structure is proving to be the scientific equivalent of the acupuncture meridian system. For example, a functional MRI (fMRI) study has demonstrated that laser light applied to Liver 3, an acupuncture point near the big toe, increases activity in the visual cortex of the brain. Traditionally Liver 3 has been used to treat vision issues.

Another study using high-tech photomultipliers demonstrated that acupuncture meridians possessed properties akin to a fiber optic network. When laser light was applied to an acupuncture point light could be detected being emitted from distant acupuncture points, but not from the skin surface separating the points.

The Benefits of Laser Acupuncture

Activates healing processes that have become stalled by stress, fatigue, or toxins

Increases circulation, immune function, tissue repair and wound healing

Decreases pain, inflammation, swelling, and muscle spasm

Activates brain function to reduce anxiety and depression

Enhances cognition, memory, and attention

Has a balancing influence on the autonomic nervous system

Can be performed at home … it’s highly effective and inexpensive

Used by college, professional, and Olympic sports teams to enhance performance

I’ve used a number of lasers in my practice over the years, varying in price from the very expensive to the very affordable. A growing body of research on laser therapy, along with my own direct experience, is proving the therapeutic power of inexpensive, low power, and frequency specific lasers.

What this means is that laser therapy, or the more technical term photobiomodulation, and its host of therapeutic benefits is ideal for individuals to use on themselves at home.

Laser acupuncture allows you to communicate with your body speaking its very specific frequency based language. The laser I’ve found to be most effective emits a red light at 635 nanometers. This is within the range of light frequencies that the body uses to communicate with itself.

Here’s a link to the lasers I’m suggesting. Just scroll down the page until you see the red and blue lasers. The red laser is the 635 nm wavelength that I use most and is usually priced around $80 US. The blue laser is used to treat more acute or painful areas and is more costly. If you do decide to purchase both buy them as a set for a considerable discount.

I’m currently in the process of completing a laser guide for home use which I’ll make available in the near future.
